Natural Hierarchy

We need to understand the meaning of hierarchy in relation to this principle of leadership. Hierarchy, popularly speaking, is regarded as a negative principle. Often it is connected with dictatorship. But in our case, as a Shambhala principle, hierarchy is regarded as a working base, a very positive one.
