Terry Rudderham

A native of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia Terry owned and operated a Daycare and Preschool for 14 years and then started TRM, an arts & entertainment management company and worked extensively in music, theatre and film. Her professional and volunteer work often involved budgeting, cashflow management and accounting and spanned the public, private and non profit sectors. She decided to move to Halifax after taking her Bodhisattva vows with the Sakyong. Faced with the possibility of having to choose between working for Shambhala or on a feature film she decided to leave it in the hands of the phenomenal world and accept a position with whomever called first. After three and a half weeks of silence Shambhala called two hours before the film company. Her refuge name is Jewel.
