ALLAN CROSS
Executive Director of Shambhala Mountain Center
A native of San Antonio, Texas, Allan Cross brings with him more than 25 years in health care administration. As one of the founding members of the San Antonio Shambhala Center, he held varied positions before relocating to Shambhala Mountain Center with his wife Doria and the youngest of their three children, in June 2005. Allan was empowered as executive director of Shambhala Mountain by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche in a public ceremony in August 2005.
Allan's Shambhala name is Skillful Lion.
