Please join us as we celebrate the release of Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche's new book, Running with the Mind of Meditation: Lessons for Training the Body and the Mind (April, 2012). The book offers fresh insights into the activities of meditation and running, and the ways our running experience can be dramatically enhanced by working with the principles of meditation.
Our group will bring the Sakyong's teachings to life through direct instructions in the practices of sitting, walking and running meditation. This group is for runners, walkers or anyone wishing to experience the joy of synchronizing mind and body. Please wear comfortable clothing for walking/running.
