Mudra Space Awareness is a method of mind/body training that draws inspiration from meditation master Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche's early education in Tibetan monastic dance. The exercises combine intense physical training with focused sensory awareness to unlock the inherent awakened energy in the mind/body relationship. Mudra trains us to join fully with the intensity of experience.
Come experience this provocative and profound mind/body awareness practice that comes from the Tibetan yogic tradition and an intersection with experimental theatre techniques in the 1970s in the West.
Mudra Space Awareness practice is open to anyone, regardless of whether you have previous experience with meditation.
Suggested donation: $10 (please pay whatever you are able -- don't let cost prohibit you from participating). For more information on Mudra Space Awareness, see http://mudrainstitute.net/aboutmudra.html.
