Directed by one of our most senior teachers, the weekend includes meditation instruction and practice, talks by the director, discussion with other participants, and individual meetings with meditation instructors. The simple and profound technique of mindfulness and awareness meditation can benefit people of any spiritual tradition and supports a meaningful and engaged way of life. This approach shows us how we can take the challenges of daily life in our modern society as opportunities for both contemplative practice and social action.
There is a deposit of $20 to secure your place in this program. Light breakfast on Sat and Sun. Lunch is provided on Saturday.
