Learn To Meditate

An ideal way to bring the simple yet profound and powerful practice of meditation into your everyday life. Taught by our qualified instructors, this basic mindfulness meditation class is for beginners, as well as anyone who would like to refresh their understanding of the technique. This is a drop-in class; no registration is required. Participants are welcome to come as often as you like, but the class is designed as a one-time introduction with the same content each week.
We are in the midst of a move, and the new Centre is still undergoing renovations to make it a good home for our practice. This Learn to Meditate will take place in a local community centre:
Dalhousie Community Centre - 755 Somerset Street West (OC transpo #2, parking in front and also on Empress street) Room # 7
Bring your own cushion, or be happy sitting in a chair (provided).
