Sunday Morning Meditation

June 22 / 9:30 AM - December 21 / 12:30 PM


Once a month, a morning meditation is offered to beginners as well as to more experienced practitioners who would like to rest their mind. The morning is devoted to the practice of meditation. The leader can also choose to include a contemplation, a reading, or a short talk followed by an exchange.

An instruction in meditation is provided at 9:30 to the newcomers.
