Meditation is being present with how one innately feels. Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche


This day of practice includes sitting and walking meditation, short contemplation periods, and Shambhala yoga, a simple set of stretching and relaxation exercises.

Lunch is eaten in silence. (Please bring your own; fruits, cakes and beverages will be offered.)

The day ends with a short talk and discussion.


In order to get a retreat experience and contribute in creating that environment, it is recommended to come for the whole day or at least half a day.
