Inspired by the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, this extended retreat offers an in-depth look at mindfulness tools for engaging the demands of our lives and for deepening our inquiry into fundamental health and wholeness. Through sitting, walking, and body scan meditation practices, mindful yoga, and periods of silence, we will return to our lives better equipped to manage stress and to confidently integrate mindfulness into daily life. Recommended for both newcomers and people with prior experience in mindfulness disciplines.
