with Norma Harris
July 2 / 7:00 PM - July 26 / 4:00 PM
The research based upon that course shows that mindfulness practices, if practiced daily, reduce stress and enhance perceived quality of life.
This class is for those who would like to start a mindfulness practice AND for those who have already begun and want weekly class structure to maintain your practice. Participants explore mindfulness of body, emotions, thinking, and life through gentle yoga, body scan, sitting meditation and other activities.
Participants should be ready to commit to 30 minutes of practice per day, six days a week. Also you should be available to attend a full Saturday, a day of silence
