with Liz Howell
November 8 / 10:00 AM - November 8 / 5:00 PM
Wachlella is an easily accessible gorge trail offering scenic waterfalls and an easy loop. We may even see salmon spawning this time of year. Following the hike, we will cross the Bridge of the Gods and head to Carson Springs, WA for a healing soak in the mineral water baths of the 1892 resort. Mineral bath & wrap is $20 + tax and tip.
Bring water, lunch, hiking clothes appropriate for November Gorge weather, including rain gear (just in case), gas money for the driver, and a kneeling pad or something else to sit on for occasional stops for sitting or meditation. Bring a bathing suit in case Carson Springs Tubs are booked and we need to visit the public waters of Bonneville Spa’s pool & hot tubs next door. Soak Fees: $20 + tax and tip.
