with Mimi Valiulis
April 5 / 10:00 AM - April 5 / 1:00 PM

Shambhala Online is offering an every-other-month Shambhala Sadhana Event. This will be an opportunity for people to gather at SMCD and practice the Shambhala Sadhana together online with others across the mandala. The 90-minute program will also allow time for a brief presentation and Q&A with a Shambhala Acharya or Shastri. In order to practice with a group, you have to have taken the Enlightened Society vow and received the lung and Sun Transmission. Light and healthy breakfast items will be provided!

Please register below, so we know how to set up the space. Agenda is as follows:

10AM - 10:45AM Light Breakfast (provided by SMCD)
11AM - 12:30PM Shambhala Sadhana with Q&A session
12:30 - 1:00PM Tea and more socializing!

Shastri Mimi Valiulis will be leading a live, interactive practice session and a presentation. The topic is "Doubtless Confidence in Basic Goodness."

PREREQUISITE: As a group practice, the Shambhala Sadhana is open to everyone who has taken the Enlightened Society vow, and received the lung and Sun Transmission.
