Shambhala Sadhana

This is a time for those who have received the Shambhala Sadhana to practice together as a group. This practice requires students to have previously received the lung.


The Shambhala Sadhana was written by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche just prior to the conclusion of a year long retreat. The Sakyong composed this practice to deepen our personal and social connection with basic goodness. The Shambhala Sadhana is simple and quite powerful in its direct approach to basic goodness.


The Third Sundays practice will begin at 1 PM and will possibly go over an hour (3 malas).
