Qigong Levels 1 & 2 (moved to Eagle Rock)
with Eva Wong
April 26 / 9:00 AM - April 27 / 5:30 PM
½ price for those repeating this program. Work study arrangements available.
Qigong is a centuries-old art that integrates movement, breath and intention in order to develop internal energy – bringing you reduced stress, greater strength, flexibility, immunity – and a host of other benefits!
Don’t miss this opportunity to train in two qigong lineages – one ancient, one modern -- that have rarely been transmitted in the West – with Taoist practitioner, author and scholar Eva Wong.
Dr. Wong is the 19th lineage carrier of the Xiantianwujimen (Pre-Celestial Limitless Gate) School, founded nearly a millennium ago, with teachings that have been passed down in an unbroken chain to the present day. She is also the 3rd generation to hold the teachings of Wang Xiangzhai, founder of the Yiquan School.
This 2-day training provides an introduction to both lineages with talks, Taoist lore, detailed instruction in systems of standing, sitting & even sleeping qigong, calisthenics, self-massage – and ample opportunities for practice.
