Kindness and Inspiration: A Shambhala Community Day

Join us for a very special day of practice, conversation, and a talk by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. This will be a community day with Shambhala President Richard Reoch presiding over the morning practice and dialogue, and the Sakyong giving a talk in the afternoon. More details will follow soon. 


Because of space restrictions in our Main Shrine Room, this event is limited to Current Shambhala Boston Members and members of the New England regional leadership*.


The Sakyong's Moving Forward: Boston Strong in Everyday Life talk at the Arlington Street Church on Saturday, April 12 will be a fantastic opportunity for everyone to hear the Sakyong teach. 

*Registration for this Sunday event is open January 23rd-February 4th exclusively for current Shambhala Boston Members. If by February 5th there are stil spaces available, we will open up registration for New England-Regional Shambhala Leadership (Council-Level Leaders). Those wishing to register after we have reached capacity will be offered a place on a waiting list.

Can I register and not pay right now?

No. You must reigster and pay at the same time in order to save your space. Your registration does not count without a payment.


If I'm staffing for the Saturday Public talk and I'm not a Boston Member, can I attend the Sunday event?

This event is for Shambhala Boston Members only until February 4th when we will open up registration to Council-Level leaders from the regional area. If you have specific questions about this please email


Are scholarships available?

I'm not currently a Shambhala Boston Member, can I join to attend this event?
