This half-day program — offered on the first Saturday of every month — introduces beginners, and those wanting a refresher, to the practice of meditation. The program includes meditation instruction with a qualified instructor, short practice sessions, talks, and discussion. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Meditation cushions and mats are provided.

No experience necessary! Everyone welcome.

Cost: By donation. Preregistration is not required.
