Joy in Everyday Life

Through an exploration of the Buddhist teachings on intelligent compassion towards others, we begin to discover the joy of discipline, health and bravery. Key elements of the course include simple instructions, experiential exercises and strong community support.
Recommended pre-requisites: A connection to Shambhala meditation practice and completion of Contentment in Everyday Life or another Way of Shambhala class.
Please note: This class is required to proceed to the next class Fearlessness in Everyday Life in the Way of Shambhala I series. Please also note that completion of Joy in Everyday Life means attending at least three of the classes in the series. It is not always possible to make up a missed class depending on the content of that class.
Shambhala Generosity Policy: Individuals who are unable to pay either the full, member or student/senior program fee should pre-register for programs online and indicate their need for financial assistance in the "notes" section. The program coordinator will contact you with work-trade and payment plan options.
