Introduction to Meditation

Introduction to Meditation is a program appropriate for newcomers wishing to learn how to meditate, as well as experienced meditators interested in refreshing their connection to meditation practice.
The evening consists of a talk, guided instruction in sitting and walking meditation, and group discussion.
Come as you are! You'll be more comfortable if you don't wear clothes that are too restrictive (such as tight pants or a short skirt). You do not need to register in advance.
