Shambhala Sadhana

March 27 / 5:30 PM - March 27 / 6:30 PM

The Shambhala Sadhana is a practice liturgy recently developed by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche as a means of deepening our confidence in, as well as our personal and social connection with, Basic Goodness.  How do we recognize basic goodness on the cushion or off, whether joyful or depressed, in pleasure or in pain, awake or asleep, alive or dead?

We will gather to set up for the practice at 5pm.  The practice will begin at 5:30pm and will end around 6:30pm.  Everyone is welcome to stay for the Weekly Dharma Gathering at 7:00pm.

There is no cost to participate in the practice.  As always, donation are welcome.

PREREQUISITE: As a group practice, the Shambhala Sadhana is open to everyone who has received the reading transmission (lung), and taken the Enlightened Society Vow.  If you have questions about the prerequisite, please send an email to madisonshambhala@gmail.com
