Shambhala Sadhana Practice

The Shambhala Sadhana was recently composed by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, the Shambhala Sadhana, or "practice liturgy", is a means of developing confidence and certainty in the view of Basic Goodness.  Restricted to those who have received the reading transmission, the Sadhana is now presented at Enlightened Society Assemblies.  Instructions for the practice will be given as a refresher during the course of the practice.

If you own a copy of the Sadhana, please bring it with you.  If you have a mala, you may wish to bring it.
