Shambhala Community Dinner

with David Seabrook
January 29 / 5:30 PM - January 29 / 7:00 PM

Shambhala Community dinners are a practice of enlightened society on the spot, celebrating our basic goodness through good society, good food, good conversation and group meditation (always basically good!).  If you’re a member of our community who hasn’t connected with the sangha in a while, this is a great opportunity! Feel free to bring the family.

A modest donation of $5 to $10 would be very much appreciated and encouraged. However, you are welcome to attend whether or not you are able to make a donation. All donations help sustain the Fredericton Shambhala Centre.

Drop by anytime. We’ll do the dishes together at 6:45, with regular open house sitting meditation beginning at 7pm.
