Meditation in Everyday Life

Have you ever been curious about meditation? Meditation in Everyday Life is a five week course that provides an introduction to meditation for new students, with practical suggestions for establishing a regular practice, and for bringing meditation into our busy lives. Each class allows for open discussion of the challenges that students are facing in their practice. With simple instructions and support, meditation can become part of one's life, revealing our innate stability, strength and clarity.
 
This course will be held at in Room 240 of the Borough of West Chester Building, 401 Gay St. West Chester. A registration form from the West Chester Department of Recreation is required in addition to registering on this site. You may fill out the Borough of West Chester form when you show up for the first class, or mail in the form found at http://www.west-chester.com/recreation.php.


Please send payment along with the Dept. of Recreation registration form (found on their website) to the West Chester Dept. of Recreation.
