Interested in the path of Meditation? In Contentment in Everyday Life we learn that deep contentment is the foundation of both a spiritual path and a sane life. This course is appropriate for both new and experienced meditators alike. Meditation helps us discover our own unconditional goodness. We discover how to genuinely appreciate ourselves and others. Through the practice of contentment, the difficult emotions and the challenges of life can be met with gentleness, steadiness and humor.
Contentment In Everyday Life is the second course in the Way of Shambhala series of In Everyday Life courses. It is open to everyone and there are no prerequisites.
Registration is required. Please register as soon as you know you want to take the class. If you can pay when you register, please do. If you can't, you can pay when you arrive on the first day of the class. See pricing policy below.
