Please join us for this meditative art of flower arrangement demonstration and talk, given by ikebana master Judy Bond.  Judy trained as an instructor in the Sogetsu School of Ikebana and for many years she headed the flower volunteers at the Baltimore Shambhala Center.  Everyone Welcome!

Find inspiration using the fundamental principles of Heaven, Earth and Human, which are at the root of all flower design in the Japanese tradition, as well as banners and art installations designed by Chogyam Trungpa and the principles of dharma art he taught.

Judy Bond is a teacher of Shambhala Training, Shambhala Art, Ikebana, Calligraphy, and professionally, a science educator. She has studied with both Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche and his father Chögyam Trungpa for many years.  We welcome her from Baltimore Shambhala Meditation Center and State College, PA, where she moved to recently.
