Wisdom in Everyday Life

with Gary Heinz
November 13 / 7:00 PM - December 8 / 6:00 PM

Designed as a companion to Level V, Open Sky, Wisdom in Everyday Life is the final class in the Way of Shambhala I curriculum. In this course, we study the unwavering warrior, whose confidence is unconditional and playful.

Students receive practical instructions for transforming confused emotions and situations into effective actions. No longer deterred or depressed by obstacles, we can include everything as part of the path. The challenges of daily life become opportunities for both contemplative practice and social action.

Here the practitioner is introduced to the Vajrayana teachings of Tibetan Buddhism.

Note: Fearlessness in Everyday Life is a prerequisite to this program.  However, if you have completed any of the Sacred Path programs, this prerequisite is fulfilled.

Requested donation: $60 for members, $75 for Non-Members. If repeating: $35
