Each program day will include approximately 8 hours of sitting meditation, morning and evening Shambhala Buddhist chants, and a dharma talk by Acharya Rosenthal.
Meals are integrated into daily practice in the weekthün. In an effort to maintain the practice container for the duration of the program, we will not be "breaking" to get food at mealtimes. Please bring your meals in with you at the start of the day (lunch and dinner).
Full Daily Participation is required and expected.
