Rigden Weekend with Sakong Mipham Rinpoche (Recorded)

In this program, the Sakyong presents the core Shambhala teachings on unconditional confidence as embodied in the symbolic figure of the Rigden, “the one who holds the family of inherent wakefulness.” The talks are very experiential and oriented toward practice. In the second talk, he introduces a three-step formal lungta practice. In the third one, he gives a commentary on the chant “Supplication to the Shambhala Lineage,” and introduces the practice of Shambhala meditation. The program will include recorded talks, practice and discussion.
