Joy in Everyday Life

Through an exploration of the Buddhist teachings on intelligent compassion towards others, we begin to discover the joy of discipline, health and bravery. Key elements of the course include simple instructions, experiential exercises and strong community support. This course is part of our core Way of Shambhala curriculum.
Way of Shambhala, which provides a strong foundation in mindfulness-awareness meditation. This series is designed to be applied to the complexity of our daily lives, and to develop courage and sanity in these troubled times of uncertainty.
