Shambhala Training Level III: Warrior in the World
with Diana Evans
February 21 / 7:00 PM - February 23 / 5:00 PM
Developing fearlessness by examining our habitual tendencies, we are willing to experience our life without relying on the cocoon. We begin to engage the world directly and extend the attitude of fearlessness to our activities.
Based on teachings that were brought to the West by Tibetan Buddhist meditation master Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, Shambhala Training offers a way of living in the world with confidence, genuineness and creative expression based on the inherent wisdom that exists in every person. Shambhala training offers clear and precise methods for uplifting our personal experience and that of others. This weekend-long program includes meditation instruction with periods of sitting and walking practice, formal talks, group discussion and personal interviews.
