Weekend Video Retreat with Ani Pema Chödrön

November 15 / 6:30 PM - November 16 / 4:00 PM

The Four Marks of Existence are impermanence, egolessness, suffering, and peace. These four facts of life are doorways to unconditional, open-ended, unfixated truth, and are essential to the teachings of the Buddha. In these teachings by Pema Chödrön, the ground is basic goodness, the path is training in warriorship, and the fruition is how we can impact society based on such understanding and practice. These teachings were originally presented at Gampo Abbey, December 2012 to February 2013.

A well-known student of Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, leader of the Shambhala lineage, Pema Chödrön has inspired people from around the world.  Millions have been touched by the example of our beloved  teacher, author, nun and mother and her teachings on practicing peace in these turbulent times.
