Tsa Lung Yogic Practice

Tsa Lung is a meditation practice that supports our ability to abide in Inner Refuge; Stillness, Silence and Spaciousness. Practice from the seated position, we bring together the focus of mind, breath, and physical movement to open subtle energy channels and centers in the body.
We identify negative patterns needing forgiveness. Without judgment or analysis we clear these patterns through the Tsa Lung exercises. As we clear obstacles, we bring clear attention to the space that opens up within us. That space is our True Nature; clear, open and filled with infinite possibilities. This space is not created but recognized. Living with a conscious connection to this living, loving light filled space is our practice.
Time: 9:30 am – 12:00 and 2:00 – 4:30 pm (lunch on own)

Karen Patrick, LCSW, has been a private practice as a psychotherapist for over twenty years. Currently, she became a Life Coach specializing in Forgiveness and using Matrix Energetics healing. She has been teaching meditation for over thirty years. Her teacher, Bon-Buddhist Dzogchen master, Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche trained and authorized her to teach these methods.
