Join experienced yoga teacher and meditation practitioner, Joy Mickle, as she instructs this class on meditative yoga. Using meditative focus you will learn to loosen the grip of daily life’s stress and release and relax muscles that bare the brunt of your busy lives. When we bring a meditative quality to yoga we can benefit from asana more deeply and meaningfully. Beginners are welcome as the class will be taught to all skill levels.
Classes are by donation only. Please indicate in the "comments" section of the registration form, which dates you will attend the class.
