Currently discussing Cutting Through Spiritual Materialsm by Chögyam Trungpa Rimpoche
Free open house where new students can receive meditation instruction. Sitting meditation begins at 7 o'clock. Snacks, book study and discussion begin at 8 o'clock.
We use an "active learning" format where we read a portion of the book then stop and discuss it before moving on. The goal is to learn not only from the book but also from each other and learn from where we are.
