Intensive Mindfulness-Awareness Meditation Retreat

Mindfulness-Awareness is a traditional practice of direct and non-conceptual knowledge. It goes way beyond intellectual development and opens the door to authentic spirituality.

Using everyday language, without jargon, its teachings are based on traditional methodologies, free from dogma, beliefs, cultural or religious constraints. Mindfulness-Awareness can affect all aspects of our daily life, quietly, effectively, in activity as in meditation.

During this week long intensive training, we will discover how to understand and integrate the perspective of Mindfulness-Awareness into our lives. In an uplifted practice environment, this retreat will alternate between speech, silence and action.

Especially designed as a period of complete immersion in the reality of Mindfulness-Awareness, this programme is a wonderful development opportunity for those who already have experience (MBSR or MBCT …) and want to go more deeply into its integration. All those who simply want to discover another way of being are warmly invited.



This programme starts on Saturday February 1 at 20:00.

This programme ends the next Saturday in the evening. You can choose to leave anytime next day, on Sunday February 9.


This retreat is taught in French. Translation into English or other languages are available at no extra costs. Please give us notice of your request as early as possible - about 2 months in advance - so that we can provide translation service. In case you register short-term please get in touch with us in case you need translation into your language.


Introductory programme: no pre-requisites are required. This retreat is open to all who have a serious motivation to attend an intensive schedule.
