Contentment in Everyday Life

A five-week experiential course with recorded talks by Ani Pema Chodron, as well as meditations, contemplations, self-inquiries, and group discussions.
Contentment can be hard to ﬁnd. Much of the time we search for contentment in things, achievements, or relationships. With meditation practice, we relax with ourselves and appreciate simple human experiences. Difficult emotions and the challenges of life can be met with gentleness, mindfulness, and inquisitiveness.
Open to the public - It is suggested, but not required, that you have attended "Meditation in Everyday Life" or "Level I of the Heart of Warriorship" prior to attending this class. For more information or questions, please contact Bernie at 520-406-0740.
