Shambhala Community Dinner

with David Seabrook
October 9 / 5:30 PM - October 9 / 7:00 PM

Shambhala Community dinners are a practice of enlightened society on the spot, celebrating our basic goodness through good society, good food, good conversation and group meditation (always basically good!).  If you’re a member of our community who hasn’t connected with the sangha in a while, this is a great opportunity! Feel free to bring the family.

Dinner is free, while a modest donation is very much appreciated and encouraged. All donations help sustain the Fredericton Shambhala Centre.

This month, spaghetti with a meat sauce will be served. A vegetarian option will also be available. We’ll also have some baguettes. Drop by anytime. We’ll do the dishes together at 6:45, with regular open house sitting meditation beginning at 7pm.

Following meditation, the Centre Director will lead a community discussion on “What Can We Do To Create Enlightened Society at the Fredericton Shambhala Centre.”
