Awakened Heart: Shambhala Training Level IV at Juniper Hill
with John McQuade
November 22 / 7:30 PM - November 24 / 4:00 PM
Juniper Hill Retreat Centre is located in the midst of the Trent River rolling hills, with 30 acres of fields, forests and trails, providing tranquility and privacy to deepen one's spiritual practice through meditation.
The fourth in the series of Shambhala Training weekend workshops. With trust in basic goodness and daring to experience the sharp edge of reality, we move forward with gentleness, increased awareness, and inquisitiveness about the world, as it is. We can extend ourselves to others fully and with kindness.
The program includes meditation instruction and practice, formal talks on the Shambhala teachings, group discussion, and personal interviews.
