Thursday Evening Meditation
January 9 / 5:30 PM - January 9 / 6:30 PM
Meditation followed by chants. Although no meditation instruction is provided, everyone is welcome. These evening sittings support both individual practice and the practice of one within a community. Practicing in the presence of others is a way to deepen our personal practice while enhancing the practice of the community, all within the container of Shambhala.
For those meditating for the first time, meditation instruction is provided on Tuesday nights at 7:00 pm.
