This program is an overall introduction to Daoist Qigong, offering a complete set of introductory forms. It is also the starting point of a full, nine-level Daoist Qigong path, should you be interesting in continuing.
You will receive and introduction to the Xiantian-wujimen and Yiquan lineages and accompanying practices including the Six preliminary practices, two Yiquan Standing Qigong forms, the Nine Self-Massage system, and the Twelve Devas Tendon-changing System. You will also learn about the Triplex Unity and Energetic Map of the Body.
