This evening's topic is Food for Thought—What Is Mindful Eating?
Chewing a raisin 30 times. A hunger scale from –10 to +10. Eye hunger, nose hunger, brain hunger… Eating without distraction. Properly setting a table and sitting at it for a meal. There are many ways we can connect our mind and body around food. What is mindful eating and how can we make use of it? Come and discuss your experiences or just listen.
