The Shambhala Sadhana is a practice liturgy recently developed by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche as a means of deepening our confidence in, as well as our personal and social connection with, Basic Goodness. How do we recognize basic goodness on the cushion or off, whether joyful or depressed, in pleasure or in pain, awake or asleep, alive or dead?
This is a self-run practice. Please check this spreadsheet to see if an umdze has been confirmed to lead the day's practice.
