An intensive day of retreat dedicated to contemplating life and including the conciousness of death. With meditation, we develop confidence and courage to accept ourselves as we are and the attitude to welcome the fundamental realities of life.This retreat includes meditation, contemplation and exchanges.

Gisèle Laberge is a senior teacher of meditation and of buddhist and shambhalian teachings. She is the founder of the ONE YEAR TO LIVE workshop which she has been leading since 2001. She is a End-of-Life companion.
