Learn to rest, be open and alert at the same time by setting aside time for yourself.  Shambhala meditation, a secular approach to mindfulness meditation, emphasizes fearlessness, dignity and compassion.  The practice of meditation can be learned and integrated into a peaceful and purposeful life.  Spend a day discovering mediation that will enhance your quality of life.
