Basic Goodness III: What is Real?

This course focuses on a study of the phenomenal world. It emphasizes some of the core Buddhist teachings, such as impermanence, the process of perception, the "mind," and emptiness. It is oriented towards the experience of sacred world, the magic and wonder of the natural elements.
Please feel welcome to join in this third in the Basic Goodness class series (in its pilot phase), even if you have not attended the Basic Goodness 1 or 2 classes.
It is recommended that you have established a sitting practice already (meditation instruction will not be given) and that you have taken one or more classes or Shambhala Training levels at the Shambhala centre.
