Learn to Meditate


October 3 / 7:30 PM - October 3 / 8:30 PM

Every Thursday at 7.30 p.m. we offer instruction in meditation practice and an opportunity to practice the technique. Following group instruction, the evening consists of three periods of sitting meditation practice punctuated with a walking meditation.


 
This evening is free of charge and open to the public, however if you would like to make a contribution, our suggested donation is £5.
