Way of the Woman Warrior: Fearlessness and Gentleness
with Katie Bainbridge
January 17 / 6:00 PM - January 19 / 4:00 PM
As women in our modern world we wear many hats: mother, sister, wife, partner, friend, boss—to name a few.
As our experience seems to be more and more disconnected from nature, women are especially vulnerable to losing a connection with our natural sanity and the wisdom of the rhythms of being a woman. Speed, technology and materialism are forces that separate women from our core. Through this separation from our nature, we can become anxious, depressed, and even physically sick.
Join us in this weekend Women's retreat where we will invite you to slow down and reconnect with our basic goodness as women. Through the practices of meditation, creativity, subtle body movements and aimless wandering in the nurturing beauty of nature. We will unplug from technology and plug into our own power and gentleness as women.
Simple vegetarian meals and rustic accommodations provided.
Program fee $100 if staying elsewhere/commuting
