Meditation in Everyday Life: A Thursday Evening, Five Week Meditation Workshop

Meditation in Everyday Life presents teachings and tools to more fully be who we already are. Through the introduction of peaceful abiding meditation and basic goodness, we gain an understanding that reveals one's innate stability, strength and clarity. In this way, we can improve the quality of our daily life and deepen an experience of ourselves through the practice of meditation.
This class is open to the public, and is appropriate for anyone with or without meditation experience.

Cost is $50, or $10 per class. Our Generosity Policy applies.
