Natural Brilliance--Leading from Within: Personal Transformation with the Five Wisdom Energies

with Irini Rockwell
November 8 / 7:00 PM - November 10 / 7:00 PM

To lead others, we must know ourselves—where we shine and where we get stuck. Some situations bring out the best of who we are; in others we can’t get out of our own way. Discovering the way we perceive and interact with our world yields enormous insight into our patterns of behaviour, emotions, and relationships. When we discover our innate, natural brilliance, we lead from within.

We discover there are five types of intelligence—Five Wisdoms—with infinite variations and combinations, and can begin to see a pattern in each situation: how we colour it and how others do. When we see things from an energetic perspective, there is a predictable dynamic between energies. What’s happening is happening. It’s just energy, sometimes constricted, sometimes flowing. The Five Wisdoms provide a vehicle for self-discovery and a language for working with others.

We will train in a variety of experiential learning modalities.

Irini Rockwell, MA, is director and principal trainer at the Five Wisdoms Institute. Author of Natural Brilliance and The Five Wisdom Energies: A Buddhist Way of Understanding Personalities, Emotions, and Relationships, she holds a Master’s in Contemplative Psychotherapy and a certificate in Authentic Leadership from Naropa University where she was director of dance and dance therapy. She is a senior teacher in the Shambhala community.
