Meditation in Everyday Life -- postponed

In this five-week course, explore various aspects of meditation:  basic instruction; establishing a meditation practice; challenges and obstacles; working with strong emotions; extending your awareness into everyday life.


Course consists of meditation instruction, informal talks and discussion. 


Cost: $80* for five Friday evenings starting October 18th.
